Please, do not forget to include your phone number, e-mail and Name. The day and time that you want to be fingerprinted should be written in the MESSAGE box.
IMPORTANT: you should always write us ACCURATELY within the ADDRESS box, the address (with the zip code) of the place (home, office, school, entity, any convenient place) you want the mendez technician to go to fingerprint you.
If there is someone more with you to be fingerprinted, for example a group of colleges, let us to know in the MESSAGE space box. This last option would be even much cheaper for all !!
A Fingerprint Mendez member will contact you to let you know timely our cheap service's cost.
