2. What is an ORI mumber • Originating Agency Identifier Number (ORI)?
Your Employer or Regulatory agency will have this information. Fingerprint Mendez let you know respectfully that it is the applicant’s responsibility to verify the correct ORI number with employer or agency to ensure results are sent to the correct location. So Fingerprint Mendez cannot be responsible for selecting the correct one for you. It is important to use the correct ORI Number when submitting fingerprints. If you do not provide an ORI number or if you provide an incorrect ORI number to Fingerprint Mendez member, you will not receive your fingerprint results. It is extremely important to use the correct ORI when having your fingerprints scanned. You must bring this with you.
3. What Is an OCA number?
Some few agencies require the OCA number. It is the Originating Agency Case Number, which tells the governing agency who (company) is requesting the screening. The fingerprinting process should take between 5-10 minutes, depending on the image quality of your prints and the information you supply us with.
